Amber brings over a decade of experience guiding more than 100 athletes through the recruitment process. In 2024, she was recognized as Top 100 Most Influential Women in College Basketball by Silver Waves Media. Her keen eye for talent, authentic relationship-building, and strategic leadership make her an invaluable asset to the FLX Sports mission.
