FLX Sports Welcomes Emily Staker as NIL Compliance Consultant and Pro Agent to Elevate Athlete Representation and Advocacy

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH — [March 19, 2025] — FLX Sports, the Salt Lake City-based sports technology company behind the data-powered Athlete’s Arena platform, announced today they’ve engaged the expertise of Emily Staker as a NIL Compliance Consultant and Pro Agent. A nationally recognized NFLPA-certified contract advisor and attorney, Staker brings elite legal expertise and a deeply rooted athlete-first mindset to the FLX team.

A Juris Doctor graduate from the University of Denver, Staker is one of the youngest women certified by the NFL Players Association and was published for her works relating to the contributions of contract advisors to the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations. She currently serves as a partner at a Seattle-based litigation firm and teaches Sports Law and NIL courses as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
