Woodward, a strategic finance and operations expert, brings more than two decades of experience scaling high-growth companies, raising over $300 million in capital, and leading multiple acquisitions totaling nearly $200 million. He also played a key role in Utah’s first SPAC IPO, valued at $150 million.

As the former CFO of Pluralsight, Woodward helped scale the company from 36 to more than 600 employees, overseeing triple-digit growth and positioning the firm as a leading force in the tech sector. His extensive background in financial modeling, M&A, and strategic fundraising aligns with FLX Sports’ continued focus on growth, innovation and market expansion.
