Nicole Garza Joins FLX Sports as Financial Analyst & Staff Accountant

SALT LAKE CITY — [January 6, 2025] — FLX Sports, a data-driven sports technology company based in Salt Lake City, announced Monday they’ve hired Nicole Garza as a Financial Analyst and Staff Accountant, reinforcing the company’s commitment to operational excellence and data-informed growth.

Garza brings more than a decade of financial expertise across Fortune 500 and high-growth companies, including roles at 3M, Acelity and Comcast. Her background includes supporting complex budgeting processes, capital planning, and portfolio financial strategy. She most recently served as a financial analyst at 3M, where she supported global marketing operations, capital investment initiatives, and new product introductions for the Medical Solutions Division.

In her new role, Garza will support FLX’s continued expansion by helping drive financial planning and performance insights across the organization. Her experience in capital budgeting, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration will be key as FLX scales its integrated platform, known as the Athlete Arena.

Garza holds an MBA from Husson University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern Maine.
